Therapy and coaching can play a crucial role in a young person’s life by providing a safe and supportive, non-judgemental space where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, behaviours and sense of self. I work with young people aged from 13-18 to discover and understand a variety of issues in order to gain awareness, acceptance and flourish in their lives.
Your agenda is at the heart of our work – if it’s important to you then it’s important to me.
Some common areas I see are:
Anxiety
Experiencing intense and persistent worry, overwhelming fear and panic attacks in a variety of scenarios.
Bullying
In person and online, pressures of being accepted or fitting in and navigating negative influences.
Self-Harm & Suicidality
Engaging in self-harm as a way to cope with emotional pain, or suicidal ideation needing urgent support and future hope.
Perfectionism
Struggling with the pressure to be perfect, needing help to manage expectations and life pressures.
Depression
Struggling with prolonged feelings of sadness and hopelessness, looking to improve thought process and mood.

Feelings of isolation or loneliness, seeking ways to build connections and improve social relationships.

Dealing with low self-esteem, needing help to develop a positive self-image and the building of self-confidence.
